What's exciting about this coffee
Dustin and I (Suneal) visited Pranoy during our trip to India last year, and he was one of the clear standouts — a producer on the cutting edge of specialty coffee in India, doing it through processing and fermentation.
We also got the chance to sit down with Pranoy and ask him questions about coffee, his biology background, and what he's trying to do with fermentation — so expect a lot of content to be released on our Instagram about this (if it hasn't already).
